2023 - Gibson Custom Shop '57 Les Paul Custom R7, M2M V2 neck, Black Beauty

While I don't love fully painted guitars much, I felt like I needed the OG, the Black Beauty, in my collection. This 1957 reissue of the Les Paul Custom with tuxedo appointments is actually a Made-to-Measure (M2M), sporting a V2 neck vs. the giant baseball bat neck of the regular ones. The neck is comfortable, all the other features are borrowed from the traditonal R7 specs: all mahogany construction (body and top), ebony fretboard, diamond stock inlay.
